Job Description :

The Warehouse Handler will be responsible for operating a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, and stacking for accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet standards of safety, security, and productivity.

This position must fill and/or relabel customer orders and deliver them to the staging area or location in a manner of completeness and correctness.

This position will also tram product from production areas using a yard hustler to move the trailers.

Person must be able to trouble shoot and come up with resolutions for day to day activities in shipping.


Able to work well with all departments, levels of management and peers.

Must be able to drive a forklift and lift 55 lbs. by hand.

The ability to handle multiple tasks is required.

Computer literate, use of Microsoft Office, able to operate a calculator & perform mathematical functions, operate telephone, fax machine, copier and computer printer.

Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.

The ability to operate a sweeper and scrubber.

The ability to operate a yard hustler and back trailers into a dock location.

Responsibility % of time Tram product from production plants including moving trailers, unloading trailers, and performing defensive receiving of product including put-a-way

40% Perform Cycle Count/Recounts/Inventory Audits

30% Look for missing product

5% Pick product from pick list for SAP order

Audit orders that have been picked

Unload Trailers

Load Trailer (plan trailer load arrangement, weight distribution, and correctly block and brace) 1

Perform bin cleaning and inspection  

Repack product - Relabel product for inventory and orders  

Audit product and paperwork that has been relabeled  

Fill returnable bins

Work with drivers on special needs such as how to load trailer and re-arranging product already on trailer  Relocate Product in warehouse locations  

In House transfers  

Go through return area and audit product/relabel to put back into good stuck when required

Knowledge and Experience Education High School diploma or general equivalency diploma Experience Minimum of 2 years warehousing experience in a chemical environment preferred.

Position is 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm) or 2nd shift (1:00pm-8:30pm) Mon-Fri, hours may change, pending on the harvest, possible OT (no weekend),

Hot and cold work environment. Clean up at the bulk warehouse. May operate forklift. May drive company vehicle to other sites (45 min away). Ideal candidates must have loader experience, clean driving record, safety conscious especially around large loading equipment, computer experience a plus, previous agriculture experience, especially with cotton exp a huge plus.
