We have a great client in Arlington, TX that is looking for a Vendor Release Analyst!!

Experience/Duties:

• Review and process orders, prepare correspondence and monitor customer delivery disputes for root cause/corrective actions.


• Supply Chain experience.


• Ensure customer satisfaction through parts support, warranty & customer service retention, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and monitor the successful processing of the plants inbound customer EDI to ensure successful receipt for all customers.


• Primary plant customer contact for both production and service parts for Shipping / transportation / carrier issues.


• Oversee packaging concerns, receiving discrepancies, and release matters.


• Must be flexible with the hours (Saturdays included to support the launch).
