We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter who is an expert in automotive hardware engineering. 


This long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of remote work and extension or direct hire. 


The STARTING hourly pay for this role will be $45+/hour and be based on experience. 


The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for driving recruiting (end to end) for the Hardware Engineering division. This role will require an experienced professional with strong full lifecycle recruiting skills and knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and technologies. 


The Sr. Recruiter will also transition into a SME for a sub-division within Hardware Engineering to work with partner hiring managers to forecast needs, launch requisitions, build pipelines, negotiate, and extend offers. 


The Sr. Recruiter must have:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. 

  • 2+ years of recruiting in a relevant automotive vertical (Electric Vehicle, OEM, Autonomous Driving...ect). 

  • 1+ years of creative sourcing for volume or niche roles. 

  • Proven offer negotiation tactics. 

  • Ability to work independently and sort through ambiguity. 

  • The versatility to operate remotely, whilst maintaining close communications with the team at headquarters.
