Job Description :

We have a great client in the Greater Detroit area that is looking for a Senior Director!

The Senior Director must understand the balance of patient care and profitability, have strong Operations Experience, prior P&L management responsibility and recent Hospice Leadership experience Highly Desired; will look at Medical Industry background with strong P&L experience.

The Senior Director will have a minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in health care admin with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct home health, hospice, management, and leadership.

The Senior Director must have strong process policy experience, someone who can grow the business, patient census experience of 100+ and extensive knowledge of the hospice benefit and compliance regulations, focus on patient centered care, willing to work long hours, after hours, and see patients as needed.  Advanced analytical skills in order to organize, plan and coordinate operational activities and participate in development of long-range plans for the organization and working, up to date knowledge of Hospice Regulations and Compliance, as well as, working and current knowledge of various State and Federal regulations including conditions of participation for hospice and home health agencies, and state licensing regulations for hospice.
