Our client, a major chemical manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Sample Prep/ Logistics Assistant to work with their team in Research Triangle Park, NC.

* This is a long-term contract position (possibility of extension or direct hire for the right candidate) that offers a starting pay rate of $20/hour (benefits are available) *

The Assistant will be responsible for the picking, packing, and shipping of chemical samples 

Typical duties include but are not limited to: 

• Preparation of chemical samples 


• Inventory and order management support 


• Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines 


• Support activities related to sample logistics

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role


• Proven record of being reliable and showing up to work each day


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices
