We have a great client that is looking for a Sales Engineer to cover the Midwest Territory!

The Sales Engineer will sell integration and design space exploration software solutions,
engineering services solutions and customized training packages and manage all company activity (product & services) within the US Midwest geographic sales territory (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky), and the Province of Ontario, Canada.


The Sales Engineer will also develop relationships with customers and prospects through meetings, cold calls, personal activities, events and other lead generation activities, participation in marketing programs and events, preparation of quotes, proposals and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates, maintain CRM tool by tracking opportunities through a governed sales process and identify specific needs of clients and determine how the company’s solutions meet the customer’s needs.

The Sales Engineer must have a BS Degree in Engineering, 3 years outside sales experience, engineering simulation software industry experience preferred, General Sales Training, Miller-Heiman, Strategic Selling and Articulus experience preferred, experience, management of automotive OEMs preferred and must be ok with 40% to 50% travel.
