We have a great client that is looking for a Production Supervisor in the surrounding Grand Rapids, MI area!

Looking for experience with:

• Experience with raw material purchasing and managing inventory levels.


• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and efficiency for supervising shop employees in a manufacturing environment.


• The production supervisor manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.


• Production scheduling experience - This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.


• Coach, scheduler, disciplinarian, monitor of process, and the director of consistency, quality and functionality of ingredients and strives for continual improvement.


• Organizational skills must be strong; detail orientated individual
