Job Opportunity: Contingent Data Entry Specialist
Hourly Pay: $20.00
Location: Hybrid Position (Onsite Tue-Thu, Remote Mon/Fri)

Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain and verify the accuracy of procurement-related data and documents, ensuring global master data integrity.
- Process Efficiency: Collaborate with Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and the supply chain to implement automated and streamlined procurement processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for negotiators, SSCs, and suppliers, facilitating seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Operational Accountability: Ensure supply security for the region by maintaining procurement master data and overseeing compliance with required documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement workflows.
Work Environment
This hybrid position offers a mix of remote and onsite work to provide flexibility while ensuring meaningful contributions to our operational functions.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required; Bachelor Degree Preferred
- 3 years minimum experience with Account Reconciliations
- Experience with identifying and working with Financial Controls around processes
- 3-5 years experience with Excel & PowerPoint, including charts, graphs, pivot tables & complex formulas
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in data entry and database management.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
