Our client is looking for a Project Manager for their site in Research Triangle Park, NC.
This is a long-term contract role that requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and offers a pay rate of $40-$47/Hour
Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for project management and operational excellence? Our client is seeking an Operational Readiness Project Specialist to support manufacturing services and ERP system changes. This dynamic role involves leading multiple projects, maintaining critical systems, and driving operational readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing services and ERP system changes aligned with company strategy.
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and critical paths for multiple ongoing projects.
- Assign tasks, maintain project documentation, and update dashboards in Azure DevOps and Trackwise.
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure all operational readiness team (ORT) tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain and improve Azure DevOps workflows using Power Automate.
- Create and manage launch metrics in Power BI to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Execute ERP system tasks, including article setups, and provide training for operational readiness improvement activities.
- Lead and support other product launch and management of change-related tasks.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related business field.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Experience with SAP S4 (preferred) or SAP S3.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project Professional.
- At least 1 year of experience with Co-pilot or a similar program.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Experience managing change and driving cross-functional collaboration.
