The Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) Specialist will create and maintain a manufacturing product structure and process structure using Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing (TCM) database. This structure is maintained to virtually reflect the Industrial Engineering scroll to provide a visualization of the POR build sequence for new programs.

The hourly pay for this position will be $35.50-40.50/hour

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support Product Process Improvement Workshops


• Support Digital Scroll Build reviews


• Assisting in Virtual Simulations


• Supporting Ergonomics teams


• Identify/search for appropriate parts and assemblies


• Process structures and station level operations


• Knowledge of vehicle systems and vehicles assembly processes


• Part manipulations and clearance measurements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or relevant Field/work experience

Experience:

3 years of plant and/or launch experience

1 year of Teamcenter Manufacturing and Process Simulate Software

Strong understanding of the Automotive Manufacturing/General Assembly Process

1 year of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Tools

1 year of AutoDesk tools
