Job Description :
We have an awesome opportunity in Auburn Hills for an IT Project Coordinator. 


This is a long-term contract opportunity with an hourly pay rate of $30-35/hour. 

 

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of multiple programs and IT projects. They will compile project status reports, project schedules, manage project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence and identifies and resolves technical problems. 

 

The IT Project Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating all project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. 

 

The right IT Project Coordinator should have:


  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field

  • 3-4 years experience documenting, communicating, and training of processes to Purchasing, internal customers and suppliers as required

  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and SAP Materials Management (SAP TERP 10 Certification preferred)

  • Experience interfacing with other regions and teams

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs

  • Experience with Google Suite Programs


 

Possible travel to other domestic locations 10-20%, may be required to drive a company car.
