Inside Sales / Customer Service Position Position Summary: 

 

Client is in need of an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with potential and current customers and primarily working with customers via email and phone. If you’re driven to achieve, love developing relationships with customers, and have a strong work ethic, we highly encourage you to apply to this opportunity! 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads 

• Understanding customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities 

• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email 

• Ensure order accuracy 

• Responsible for quoting and quote follow-up 

• Review open orders to ensure on time delivery 

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

 • High school diploma or GED required 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Proficient in Excel and CRM software such as Goldmine 

• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask 

• Excellent phone skills 

• Exceptional customer service skills 

• Strong listening and sales skills 

• Ability to achieve targets 

• Proficient in four function math such as additional, subtraction, multiplication, and division 

• High attention to detail
