Job Description :
 Our client, a major healthcare organization, is looking for a contract Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support their HR team at their offices in Shelby Twp., MI. 

 

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE CURRENTLY BUDGETED FOR 2 MONTHS AND A PAY RATE OF $18-$20/HOUR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE). 

 

In this role, the selected candidate will be answering and forwarding calls, handling mail, and assisting with various office projects and leadership directives. 








Required Qualifications :
Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support position

    • Experience supporting an HR department is strongly desired



  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
