Job Description :

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Remote HEDIS Medical Records Collector to join our team in New Mexico. **PLEASE NOTE - this is a 5-week contract-to hire position with excellent potential for contract extension or direct hire!


Hours: 40 hrs/wk; 8am-5pm CST

Essential Responsibilities:
Provider outreach calls, collecting and verifying medical records, researching claims to verify Provider accuracy.


Required Qualifications :

Required Experience:



  • 1+ year medical record collection AND managed care experience

  • 1+ year customer service experience in healthcare


Required Education:



  • HS diploma or equivalent
