Food Preparer

Location: Erlanger, KY
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $17/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Preparer to join our team in Erlanger, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for food and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and menus.


• Ensure all food is prepared in a sanitary and timely manner.


• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment, utensils, and refrigeration units.


• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.


• Assist in the setup and breakdown of food stations as required.


• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.


• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.


• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food preparation or a related field is preferred.


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.


• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.


• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
