We are looking for End of Line Technicians in Detroit, MI for join their autonomous vehicle program.

For this 1st Shift position. Starting target pay rate is $22/hour

The End of Line Technician will be responsible for in-line and off-line manufacturing testing. Some of the core duties will include:

●        Conduct functional test on autonomous vehicles

●        Troubleshoot electrical issues

●        Support electrical and EOL team in troubleshooting activities

●        Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems

●        Perform rework/part replacement on vehicles

●        Log issues and activities for each vehicle.

●        Using Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle components

●        Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training to stay abreast on rapidly changing technology.

●        Should be able to conduct electrical (multimeter test) on verbal instructions

Maintain safety standards at all time and keep a safe, neat work area

Things they are looking for in this role:

●        5 years’ or more experience in an automotive production environment as a technician, preferred.

●        Experience in properly crimping, soldering, de-pinning

●        Read and interpret wiring prints and cut sheets

●        Accurate measurement skills

●        Experienced in use of multimeter

●        Detail oriented

●        Basic computer skills

●        Positive and enthusiastic attitude

●        Flexibility to cross train for expanded opportunities

●        High School Diploma or College Degree, preferred.

●        Experience working in a team environment is highly desired.

Qualifications:

·         2-5 years’ testing experience in an automotive environment.

·         Experience working in a team environment is highly desired.

·         Excellent oral and written skills.
