Customer service representative
 


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


1.    Opens, sorts, reviews and stamps daily departmental mail and faxes.


2.    Generates specific reports


3.    Researches and coordinates the collection and analysis of data related to departmental responsibilities.


4.    Completes filing, data entry, logging of all departmental documentation and processes are assigned.


5.    Provides support for departmental committees/functions.


6.    Maintains a positive working environment and willing provides assistance as needed or directed without substantial deviation.


7.    Orders departmental supplies.


8.    Maintains department files in an orderly fashion.


9.    Photocopies business related materials and maintains training and reference binders.


10.  Assists with processing claims of low complexity on a daily basis.






  • High School Diploma - Required, Associates or higher - Preferred  

  • 2+ years of Experience in a high-volume call role - Required 

  •  $13 per hour

  • Medical Terminology Knowledge - Required 

  • Must have data entry and Microsoft Excel experience
