Job Description :
Our client, a major utility company, is looking for some contract Customer Service Representatives to assist with customer account inquiries in the Metro Detroit area!



This is a long-term contract position with a starting pay rate of $14.00/hour (benefits are available).




This position will work a hybrid schedule which will require a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.




The Customer Service Representative:



  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.

  • Records details about customer inquiries.

  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.

  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.

  • May help train entry level customer service specialists.


Required Qualifications :

Qualifications



  • High school diploma/GED required

  • Excellent customer service skills; 2 or more years of experience in a Customer Service/Account Support environment required

  • Must be able to utilize Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Sheet)

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
