Job Description :


Our client is looking for an energetic, organized contract Customer Service Rep (CSR) to work in their outbound call center assisting customers with a goal of ensuring a positive customer experience. This is fast-paced work requiring a meticulous approach and excellent customer service skills. 

Pay Rate: $11.75/Hour

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.

  • Records details about customer inquiries.

  • Assists, coordinates, and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.

  • May help train entry level customer service specialists.

Required Qualifications :

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

  • Minimum of 1 year working in an outbound call center in a customer support role is Required

  • Ability to learn about a variety of products and to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations is Required.

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM preferred.

  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical ability.

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality is required
