Job Description :
Our client is looking for a contract Coatings Analyst (Production) for a position in Wentzville, MO. 


This position supports coatings products at the client site by providing services in the areas of measuring, monitoring, charting, reporting and analyzing key product and process characteristics (coatings field analysis).

This is a long term, contract position. 

The Coatings Analyst team supports the efforts of sales/technical teams to assure value to the customer for new product introductions, product technical support and problem investigation, analysis, and resolution by providing coatings field analysis at the manufacturing site. They will help assure that product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations and supports business objectives to be the customer's supplier of choice through quality analysis.


2nd shift (2 PM - 11 PM ) 

3rd Shift (10 PM - 7 AM) 

Must be able to work both shifts. 

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

Pay Rate: $24.00/Hour

Required Qualifications :



  • Bachelors Degree in Technical fields such as Chemistry or Engineering with approximately 2 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma with equivalent technical training and/or five years relevant experience

  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience 

  • Basic Computer Skills


  • Paint Application Knowledge/Experience

  • Defect Recognition, Analysis and Identification 

  • Understanding of quality systems and concepts 

  • SAP Knowledge/Experience (a plus)
