Job Description :
An industry leading provider of mobile fleet maintenance and fleet management services in California is seeking a full-time Shop Coordinator at their Sacramento, CA location.


Job Duties: 

  • Order Processing

  • Double checking job work orders against the parts list

  • Checking stock and then ordering filters/parts needed

  • Receiving filters/parts from vendors

  • Monitoring oil/waste oil and fluid levels, used filters

  • Managing filter shelf and returns with vendors

  • Managing parts/shop supply inventory for PM and Repair Teams

  • Overseeing weekly uniform deliveries

  • Maintaining all shop duties including job preparation

  • Monitoring and following safety checklist on a weekly basis and up-keeping fire extinguishers / eye-wash stations

  • Organizing and monitoring cased oil products Vehicle Upkeep

  • Following safe driving practices

  • Checking fluid levels

  • Using straps

  • Filling gas tank

  • Cleaning of the van
