Our client, a major utility company, is looking for an administrative professional to join their team in Newport, MI
This contract position (eligible for extension or direct hire for the right candidate) is 100% on site and offers a starting pay rate of $18.48/hour (benefits are available).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as assembling information, creating/modifying reports, and maintaining department records.
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
- Compose basic correspondence and maintain records and procedures.
- Handle multiline telephone systems with professionalism and ease.

Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, minimum typing speed of 50 WPM, experience with email systems, and strong spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and grammatical skills.
- Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding telephone etiquette, and the ability to work independently.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
