Job Description :

Our specialty OEM client has an immediate need for an Administrative Professional contractor in South Bend, IN. 

 

Due to the governmental nature of the work, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders will be considered.

 


Routinely deals with executives and managers at all levels within the company and with customers/vendors. Must demonstrate initiative in the absence of managers, applying good judgment to see matters requiring attention are accomplished in a timely and professional manner.


 


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Support Director and personnel.

  • Manage employees' paid time off.

  • Organize and schedule appointments.

  • Submit expense reports in Concur.

  • Maintain departmental files.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Prepare and distribute departmental reports.

  • Answer and direct calls, distribute correspondence.

  • Prepare Power Point presentations.

  • Respond to email in a timely manner.

  • Create files and manage filing system, both manual and electronics.

  • Provide general office support to visitors.


 


Pay Rate: $17/Hour

Required Qualifications :
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



  • A high school diploma or GED required.

  • At least five years of prior administrative support experience.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of office equipment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP are required.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication required.
