Job Description :
11 PM - 7:30 AM



• Successfully complete training per the New Hire Training Manual 

• Operate fully and semi automated machines according to operator instructions, while maintaining quality and production goals. 

• Operator will be trained and must perform machine change over’s and poke-yoke’s

• Maintain accurate daily inspection and production records. • Identify machine faults and correct 

• Report all production and machine reject concerns are communicated to the Maintenance Tech 

• Scanning work in process (when required) to finished goods and transfer stock to pack out. 

• Follow department’s process and procedures along with the Company’s rules and regulations. 

• Keep work area clean and organized. 

• Assist with inventory when necessary. 

• Work as an individual and as a team. 

• Display a positive attitude and ability to follow directions. 

• Maintain high level of quality for all parts produced. 

• Must work safely and encourage others to do the same. 

• Has authority to stop the process if nonconforming or suspect material is found. 

• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Requires alertness, precision, and methodical attributes. 

• Ability to follow directions 

• High level of attention to detail • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment. 



• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. 

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. 

• Must be able to climb a ladder. 

• Standing, bending, lifting and walking on cement floor daily. 

• Ability to visually inspect parts with accuracy. 

• Must be able to load pallets with components by using both hands.
